Summer Camargo
is a 24-year-old jazz trumpeter and composer who was recently named
25 for the Future
rising stars of jazz by Down Beat magazine.
A native of Hollywood, Florida, Summer received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at The Juilliard School.
She is a regular performer at notable NYC jazz clubs like Dizzy’s and Birdland,
a member of the Mingus Big Band, and in 2022 became the newest and youngest member of the Saturday Night Live house band.
